Two-Face
He was once the leader of the Pure in the area until he was found to be not of "Pure Blood", one of his ancestors having been a Blood Talon. A power-crazed maniac who seemed to want to do anything he could to get more powerful to the point where he started to collect fragments of the Harvester so he could use it to improve his position.
This, or perhaps something else, drove him crazy and he seemed to be possessed by the Harvester to the point where the Forsaken of Edinburgh, with some assistance by Brimstone, killed him.
